Final 2008 Regular Season Results

Well we had a blast last night!

Congrats to Scott Richardson and his St. Pats team for clinching 1st place for the 3rd consecutive year in a row with their victory last night.

We entered the evening with a 3 way tie for 1st based on win loss record. If that had remained the same, tie breaker rules would have been used. But in a stunning double upset last night, Fellowship of Faith Team #1 and Shepherd of the Hills Team #2 both lost their games last night. FOF#1 losing to Mt. Hope 19-1 and SOTH#2 lost to Holy Apostles 19-6?

Final standings will be posted Friday night/Saturday morning.

See some of you this coming Sunday for the fun and games of all-star/picnic day!

For the tournament, I will be hand selecting umpires from the available managers. The goal is to have all managers present Monday evening and to get EVERYone involved in umpiring games their team is not it. I'll have a schedule posted at the all-star game along with the tournament chart!

2:30 Picnic begins
3:30 to 4:00ish, start of Home Run Derby.
5:00 to 5:30ish, start of ceremony.
5:30ish to 6ish, start of All-star game.

All-star managers are Roger Lance of First Baptist of McHenry and Paul Schwegel of Mt. Hope United Methodist.
