The Winter meeting of the league has been re-scheduled for Saturday February 28th at 10 am to noon at the Maranatha Assembly of God
Church.

Report from treasurer.
Discuss this years fee per team. Last year was $75. This year will be slightly higher to cover Shamrock fields grounds fee.
Discuss enhanced roster submission process (Phase II). Mandatory meeting between manager and pastor, printed copy of church bulletin with softball team info announcement for 2009 season.
Discuss enhanced code of conduct form.
Discuss Shamrock ball fields and ground rules.
Discuss Summer Tournament changes; Opt in and $10.00 fee.
Vote on ballot items (3 so far);
1.) Shall the league require that a minimum of 4 players be a regular attenders of the church and present at every game?
2.) Shall the league revise the strike zone to speed up the games by including home plate in the strike zone?
3.) Shall the league require that any rostered player showing up for that evenings game be guaranteed to play a minimum of 3 innings every game?
