Tomorrows festivities are still on, Lord Willin'.
Picnic starts at 2PM (early setup at 1).
HR derby at around 3PM.
Ceremony and game at around 4PM.
In case you were not aware, each team is supposed to organize their own picnic. The league does not provide any food or drinks.
In the event your team did NOT organize a picnic, you are still welcome to come out at 2PM. Bring your own KFC or roll the dice and maybe one of the other picnics will take in an 'orphan' or two!
In the event this event is rained out, it will be rescheduled for Sunday afternoon August 1st.
More than likely, this is the last time this event will be held on a Saturday. Given the opportunity to hold it next year, it will return to Monday evenings or perhaps a Sunday late afternoon time frame.
TOURNAMENT UPDATE
So far about half the league has registered for the Summer Tournament. Last night to register is this coming Monday, July 26th.
Seedings will be handled exclusively by Tiffany Umbarger and we will publish the brackets just as soon as we can.
