League Spring Meeting is Saturday April 2nd at;

* Please print and bring a copy of the agenda.
* Meeting is open to any recipients of this e-mail.
* VITAL your church is represented. Managers UNABLE to attend MUST insure the Asst. Mgr. or some other designate is able to represent your church team at this meeting and BRING A CHECK!
* Fee still being finalized but expected to again be $150 or close to it.
* A FINE will be assessed to any team that does not pay up at this meeting or before. The fine will be $10 per week for non-payment.
* There are NO ballot items and no issues to vote on at the meeting.

DRAFT Spring Meeting Agenda;

1. 9 AM Opening Prayer and remarks. Pass around contact sheet and check info is correct.
2. League picnic, All-Star game, Good Guys Game update.

o League picnic and all-star game to return to Monday before tournament start.
o Good Guys vs Good Guys update. Parade float?
o Good Guys seed and how it will work.

3. Team Pictures

* League Photographer Katie Santner will be making the rounds and taking team pictures starting on opening night and continuing on successive Monday evenings until all teams are photographed.

4. Rules Review (key rules only). Roster process reminder. E-mail scores to scores@churchsoftball.org
5. God talk.
6. Collect franchise fee and distribute self audit sheet, game balls and keys. Any fee not collected today will incur a $10 per week fine until paid.
7. Photogragh new managers and new asst. managers for contact page.
8. Closing prayer.
