League Spring Meeting is Saturday April 2nd at 9 AM McHenry Evangelical Free Church, 2614 N Ringwood Rd Mchenry, IL 60050-1306 (815) 344-1111

* Please print and bring a copy of the agenda.
* Meeting is open to any recipients of this e-mail.
* VITAL your church is represented.
* Managers UNABLE to attend are urged to insure the Asst. Mgr. or some other designate is able to represent your church team at this meeting.
* Absentee Ballots will be mailed 2 weeks prior.

Spring Meeting Agenda;

1. 9 AM Opening Prayer and remarks.
2. Expansion news update.
3. Review of ballot items that passed winter meeting.
4. A word on the close vote on re-alignment. (12-10 in favor of won-loss re-alignment) Three teams did not vote (One manager left before voting.) One team sent absentee ballot in past deadline.
5. Re-alignment unveiling.
6. Opening night April 18th 6:30 PM.
7. Update on probable release date of schedule.
8. Team pictures update.
9. Explanation of ballot items.
10. Vote.
11. Announce results.
12. Rules review of key rules (Not entire set.)
13. Collect franchise fee and hand out managers inventory requirement and game balls (vests).
14. Also distribute lock box keys to those needing them at Hiller and Shamrock (Will also work at Fox Ridge).
15. Random audits will be conducted of equipment bags throughout the season. Any item missing will be a $1 per item fine up to a maximum of $5.00 per audit payable into your own church's collection basket the following Sunday.
