League Spring Meeting is Saturday April 2nd at;

updated!!!

Meeting is open to any recipients of this e-mail.

VITAL your church is represented. Managers UNABLE to attend MUST insure the Asst. Mgr. or some other designate is able to represent your church team at this meeting and BRING A CHECK (or cash)!

A FINE will be assessed to any team that does not pay up at this meeting or before. The fine will be $10 per week for non-payment.

There will be a vote on an issue that has come up with how to handle teams moving into and out of each division NEXT season. The issue has to do with minimizing the 'yo-yo effect'.

An e-mail ballot will NOT be made available since you need to be there or be represented.
League Treasurer Tiffany Umbarger will explain the issue and we will vote on it.

Meeting Agenda;


1. 9 AM Opening Prayer and remarks. Pass around contact sheet and check info is correct.
2. League picnic, All-Star game, Good Guys Game update. Schedule release.
3. Team Pictures
4. League Photographer Katie Santner will be making the rounds and taking team pictures starting on opening night and continuing on successive Monday evenings until all teams are photographed.
5. Rules Review (key rules only). Roster process reminder. E-mail scores to scores@churchsoftball.org (Will include a discussion by John Amandes about umpriing issues.
6. Jack Egan to speak on charity tournament. Doug to pass along info about a church league tournament in Kankakee over Memorial Day weekend.
7. Tiffany to speak about voting matter.
8. Vote.
9. God talk while votes tabulated.
10. Collect franchise fee ($150) and distribute self audit sheet, game balls and keys. Any fee not collected today will incur a $10 per week fine until paid.
11. Photogragh new managers and new asst. managers for contact page.
12. Closing prayer.
