Aug 8 games makeup part II

All;

GOLD Managers:
If you can makeup your game from tonight sometime between now and Sunday evening, feel free to see if you can do it since there were only 3 games.

PLATINUM Managers:
I realize that the double-elim is cause for concern amongst you all. So here is what we will do between now and tomorrow evening.

1. I will check with Frank about reserving all 4 fields Sunday evening starting at 6:30. All scheduled Platinum games would retain same time and field assignments at the Township.

(Mark Santner and Ben Denen, your time slot at T2 8:30 PM Sunday evening would be reserved for you too. Ben, if youth group schedule conflicts, do what you can with Mark to seek what else could work.

2. I have asked Tiffany to take a look at the possibility of compacting tonight's games into next Monday's games.

3. If nothing suitable can be worked out above, we will push back the tournament and make up tonight's games next Monday, Lord willin'.

Regarding COLLEGE players.
I understand many will begin returning by mid-month, but we have no control over the weather. The college kids are a welcome addition to any roster, but the league cannot accommodate a team with a preponderance of college kids. So IF we push back one week, it is what it is. To paraphrase Spock; "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few."
