Well, six days in a row of at least 80 degree's has lots of people in a GOOD MOOD!! Me included. We certainly had a mild winter and if the trend continues, Spring 2012 is shaping up to be a memorable one.
The league continues to prep for Season 34. Game balls have arrived, things are in place with the Township as well as the City of McHenry and Johnsburg. We have our insurance quote and are Spring meeting is all set for Monday evening April 2nd at St. Pat's.
Crosspoint 2 has already had an outdoor practive and we are having another one this evening! Last week we practiced at the Township and there were mosquitos! Could not believe it!
I got a new bat, a Worth Toxic woodf composite. The core is maple and the shell is bamboo. 34" long and a scant 28oz only!
Can't wait to try it out tonight!
