2011 Combined Uni-form

The 2011 Combined Uni-form is on hold and will be released later next week for managers to begin filling out. The delay is due to the Crystal Lake Conference efforts. The insurance portion of the Uni-form lists the named insured. Thus, we must wait to see if we are adding the Crystal Lake Park District to the form.
