Paul Schwegel Memorial Recap

Last Saturday, 20 representatives from the league paid their respects to Paul Schwegel, late of Mt. Hope. Paul was eloquently remembered by his Pastors, Gary Waters and Lori Bee, his mother and friends. It was poignant to hear old stories from his younger days. We will miss him but are grateful he put his trust in Christ, who alone provides validity to the Christian who says to a departed Christian, 'we shall meet again'. In the meantime, perhaps Paul, with infirmities healed, has enjoyed playing a few 9 inning games on Heaven's ballfields.
